Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FIIT mobile application or website at getfiit.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sari Hammad ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using FIIT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FIIT. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately at support@getfiit.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
FIIT is a general wellness and nutrition tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The AI coaching, meal analysis, and fat loss plans provided by FIIT are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or physician.
Before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine — particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications — consult a healthcare professional. You use FIIT at your own risk.
FIIT offers a free tier with core features at no cost, with no time limit.
FIIT Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including AI photo food logging and unlimited daily coaching. Pro is billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year).
We may offer a free trial period for FIIT Pro. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their own refund policies. We do not control or process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you submit to FIIT, including food photos and check-in responses ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
The FIIT name, logo, app design, and all content created by us are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or brand assets.
FIIT integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), RevenueCat (subscriptions), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of these services through FIIT is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
Nutritional estimates generated from photos are approximations and may not reflect the exact nutritional content of your meals. Always use your own judgment when making dietary decisions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 CAD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FIIT and its owner, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to FIIT at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of FIIT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
