Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FIIT mobile application or website at getfiit.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by FIIT ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using FIIT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FIIT. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account registration
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getfiit.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Health disclaimer
FIIT is a general wellness and nutrition tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
AI coaching, meal analysis, and fat loss plans are for informational and motivational purposes only — not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. You use FIIT at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Free plan
Core features are available at no cost with no time limit.
FIIT Pro
A paid subscription unlocking AI photo logging and unlimited coaching. Billed at $9.99/month or $59.99/year.
Free trial
If we offer a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use FIIT for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app
- Circumvent or disable any security or access control features
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its servers
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to FIIT (food photos, check-in responses, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use that content solely to provide the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The FIIT name, logo, app design, and all content we create are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written permission.
8. Third-party services
FIIT integrates with Anthropic, RevenueCat, PostHog, and Sentry. Your use of these services through FIIT is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. Nutritional estimates from photos are approximations — always use your own judgment when making dietary decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 CAD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, and 13) will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
