Built by one person who got tired of the noise.
Fat loss shouldn't require a spreadsheet, three separate apps, and a nutrition degree. But for most people, that's exactly what consistent tracking feels like — which is why most people stop within two weeks.
FIIT started as a personal frustration. Every app I tried either did too little (basic calorie counters) or too much (overwhelming dashboards no one actually reads). None of them felt like a coach. They felt like chores.
The idea behind FIIT is simple: what if the app just told you what to do? Not in a generic, one-size-fits-all way — but based on what you actually ate today, how you're actually doing, and what your goals actually are.
FIIT uses Claude, Anthropic's AI model, to power the coaching layer. You log your meals (via photo or manually), check in daily, and the AI synthesizes everything into specific, actionable guidance. Not "eat less." More like: "You've been under protein three days in a row — tonight, add a palm-sized portion of chicken or Greek yogurt."
The photo logging piece is what makes this practical. Nobody wants to search a database for "homemade pasta carbonara." Snap a photo, and FIIT figures out the rest.
FIIT is an independent app built and maintained by Sari Hammad. It's not backed by a big company, a wellness brand, or a VC firm — just a developer who wanted a better tool and decided to build it.
